Does it mean anything when a guy whistles around you?

i work in a small food shop and there is this boy who is 18 and when i am in the back i notice he whistles when it is just the two of us i get the feeling he is into me because i always catch him looking at me and eh is flirty with me! what does this whistle mean? i heard something about this but i wnat to see what you guys think?
