Can you get lose when wearing a strap on inside out?

( friend letting me use his account ) okay i'm 16 and I have a strap on get over it my friend got it for me because he is cool like that :D. every time my parents ant at home I always put on the strap on inside out so I can walk around felling good inside (awkwardly saying :$). my parents came home early and we had to go out some where and I couldn't get it off so I put my cloths on and I couldn't get change D: now i'm afraid I got lose from it being in all day is it possibly you can lose from a strap on I need to know ( my friend will let me know when there is answers for me thanks )
