Do Americans generally like or dislike Californians?

I think they're all just jealous. We have the best climate in the country. We have a great diversity of geography and of people. We have the best food, the best entertainment, etc. And we are the most 'laid back' and tolerant. People who are the most critical of California are the ones who have never been here.
