Am I Jewish? I'm sure that I am.?

I don't know much about Judaism; I was not raised in the Jewish religion, nor was any of my family. I do know my father's Great-Grandmother was a full blooded Jew, and my Grandfather was raised Jewish, but converted to Catholicism for my Grandmother. I just wanted to know if I was considered any, and I am trying to embrace my Jewish heritage.
