To those who think evolution is "only a theory"...?

Evolution is a fact. Creationism is an "erting the consequent" fallacy. There is no debate to be had.To even suggest there is something to debate with a creationist is like saying a OBGYN should debate with someone who holds to the belief that storks bring babies.
