Are there any real benefits to drinking V8 juice, the low sodium kind?

Before you guys start saying V8 juice has high sodium, PLS. READ...IT'S THE LOW SODIUM KIND! Sorry, I've asked this question before and got a bunch illiterate folks answering that's all. Anyways,...the 11.5 oz can has 200mg of sodium which is 2/3 less than the original kind. Would you consider it to be a good supplement for someone who doesn't eat vegetables much, like me?
