Which is more hygienic to clean car,water or tissue paper?

If your car accidently collided with a manure truck and a few kilo drops on your car,will you use tissue paper or waterhose to clean up your car if given the opportunity to choose?If you said waterhose?,then why when you have done your business in the cubicle toilet due to nature calls,you never use water to clean yourself but use tissue instead to wipe your backside?If you said you have been taught from young that way,are you still a delinquent now?You see, we have been teaching you the right way but you can't see it because you have been taught that way since you was young.Islam is bringing you out of that way of life and showing the only way left to go to HeavenWe said water is better for you but you people says,No,no tissue paper is better.Do you see how stubborn,you non-muslim are?Water!tissue!water!tissue!We been trying to help you see that water is better for you but you answer,please leave us alone with our tissue?
