Should men have the right to a routine DNA test at birth? ?

i dont think that it should be routine but i do think that fathers should be given the option at the birth of a child.MOst father dont care as soon as they see the little bundle for the first time instinct takes over . my very nearly husband agrees he dosent need a test to prove that our kids are his he knows in his heart they. (They most certainly are btw) also he say he would raised them as his own reguardless
