u r completely right but about bonds but whether A-rod breaks the record or not in the end Babe Ruth is the best player the league has ever seen and will ever see. i am not just sayin that because i am a Babe fan,but if u look at the numbers and performance u will see that the Babe is amzing and no one stands up to him or is even close, and for the record Sheffield said Jeter was half black not A-rod
