Do you think that the merger of Sirius and XM satillite radio is a monopoly? Who's the competition?

It may not be a complete monopoly but they are the 2 biggest players. If they merge, the barrier for entry will be huge for any other company. this merger probably will not receive the gov'ts blessing.
